         How many times have we all done this? Way too often and far longer than we should because we know better.

         However, if we knew how to walk through the door we would have done it already. Or at least we'd stop beating on the wall.

         A healing partner I once had said to a client “The walls we build to keep others out keep us in.” That is an amazing statement that can open the mind and life if you let it. Unfortunately, many walls have been there for so long that we don't even realize that are there. Sort of like oxygen and gravity… we don't think about them, they just are.
